- The upper bunk is equipped with a full-length heightened guardrail, which adopts a stronger square metal frame structure and has been rigorously tested to ensure the safety and stability of the loft bed. Note: Make sure the top of the mattress is at least 5” from the edge of the guardrail. 4-6 inches of the mattress is recommended. We provide a sturdy metal anti-tip kit to securely fix the bed to the wall for added safety.
