When receiving a beam of the correct length but it cannot connect with the head or tail tightly, it is possible that the head bar or tail bar is installed incorrectly. Please make sure the label direction is "UP" and exposed, and check the wood board is on the correct side. If you encounter any difficulties with installation, please do not hesitate to contact us for the installation video.
