- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
- You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- After this timeframe, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.
1. To start your return, visit the My Orders section of My Account
2. Contact our customer support team to initiate the return or exchange process. Provide your order details and the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Our customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.
4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and accompanying documentation.
5. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
6. Ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
7. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.
- The refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Please allow 3-5 days for us to process your refund after we receive the returned item(s).
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above.
