Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our USA warehouse.
  • Please anticipate a longer processing time during holidays and sale seasons.
  • Order processing occurs Monday through Friday.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day after processing.
  • Note: We do not ship on weekends.

Delivery Time:

  • After placing your order, allow 1-3 business days for processing.
  • Subsequently, delivery within the U.S. is estimated to take 2-5 business days.

Sales Tax:

  • If you live in a non-sales tax-imposing state, tax may still be calculated if shipped to a taxable state.
  • Tax rates may change between order placement and credit card charge. The final invoice reflects the accurate total tax, including state and local taxes. tax calculated

Tax Exemption:

  • Tax-exempt organizations or resellers can apply for tax exemption on bircata.com orders. Submit the completed form here  to info@bircata.com for review.

Shipping Details:

  • Shipping is valid for U.S. addresses excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
  • No delivery to FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Pioneer

Force Majeure:

  • Orders may experience delays due to unforeseen events, but we strive for prompt processing.

Damaged Items:

  • Report transit damage within 3 business days. Provide detailed proof for a refund or return.

Order Tracking:

  • Receive Order Acknowledgment and Shipment Confirmation emails.
  • Track orders on the carrier's website or visit bircata.com for status updates.

Note:

  1. Verify the correct shipping address before payment.
  2. Return shipping costs are not covered for dissatisfaction or wrong orders.
  3. Items under 150lbs are shipped by UPS; items over 150lbs are delivered by truck.
