How Do We Process Manufacturer Warranties?

Our team will begin processing your claim with the manufacturer as soon as we receive the signed and required information (Mentioned below).

Instructions:

  1. Attach the completed form to the Warranty Ticket Email you received
  2. In the same email, attach photos of the item's label that clearly displays the serial number.
  3. Please include both close-up (zoomed in) and far-away shots of the problem.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE MANUFACTURER DECIDES THE ISSUE IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT, AND IT FALLS UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY OF THE MANUFACTURER, WE WILL ADVISE ON THE FOLLOWING:

Then what happens???

  • As soon as replacement parts are available, we will ship them out

and/or

  • The amount allotted to cover repair costs should be approved. Once we receive a receipt from a professional repair company, we will refund this amount to the customer. Any amounts that are not pre-approved in writing by Bircata Furniture will not be refunded regardless of the extent of damage or if the hired repair person is able to resolve the issue to customer's satisfaction.

  • Provide a replacement item. Even if a replacement item is approved by the manufacturer, the customer will still be responsible for transportation costs from the manufacturer to the customer. It will not be possible to order replacement items until applicable shipping costs have been paid by the customer.
