Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

After this timeframe, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty.

Provide your order details and the reason for the return or exchange. 3. Our customer support team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable. 4.
